Fantastic job Graessle! Hope to see more contributions from you on the Dead Meat Channel (and you were my favorites recurring guest on Drunk Disney, Mr. Disembodied Hands)
It’s cool to see Norman Osborn in this movie.
.u
How do you feel about Robert Pattinson being Bats?
Dungeons, dungeons, and more dungeons??!
Ok, I HAD to like for that ending monologue alone. Damn.

Excuse me... 9:15 Did you just say they were having a CrAb DinNeR? Those are lobsters, it’s what NS Canada is known for
Bro it’s flapjack and knuckles 20 years later

8:03 or a rich, traumatised kid dressed up in a batsuit
Omg they might be giants reference
Bad luck to kill a sea bird Pile drives a pelican
Did he make a Sea of Thieves reference?
9:14
I wish there was a way to mess with the colour settings so I could watch this in black and white. And if there is for computers, I mean my phone.
HARKKKK!!! HARKKKKK TRITON HARK!!!!
Love the movie. Hate you.
Why?
acai

Reminds me of the Twilight Zone of the 60s. Black and white, long monologues and twisted themes, just updated.

Let Neptune strike ye dead, Winslow. Hark! Hark, Triton, hark! Below, bid our father the sea king, rise from the depths, full fowled in his fury. Black waves teeming with salt foam to smother this young mouth with pungent slime. To choke ye! Engorging your organs 'til ye turn blue and bloated with bilge and brine and can scream no more. Only when he, crowned in cockle shells, with slithering tentacled tail and steaming beard, take up his fell be-finned arm, his coral-tine trident screeches banshee-like in the tempest, and plunges right through your gullet! Bursting ye! A bulging blackguard no more, but a blasted bloody film, now a nothing for the harpies and the souls of dead sailors to pick, and claw, and feed upon, only to be lapped up and swallowed by the infinite waters of the dread emperor himself. Forgotten to any man, to any time. Forgotten to any god or devil. Forgotten even to the sea. For any stuff or part of Winslow, even any scantling of your soul, is Winslow no more, but is now, itself the sea!
I didn’t catch those were logs I. The background. I thought those were rocks lol
I am a Whisky lover And i definitively loved this Movie
☻
Nova Scotia strong baby 💪
Wonder if we're related my last name is jewett
Two guys get stuck on a rock and turn gay
The Shining influences tf out of this movie
Makes me wonder how the shining would have been in black and white
I love that when the sea bird is death in the movie it also is death in the background Before: 3:07 After: 8:55
Skip the 'trying to be funny' symptoms and go straight to 25:00, there you really find whats it all about.
I appreciate the TMBG reference
Curse thee Winslow, and Subscribe.
14:15 that shot of Dafoe reminds me so much of old german expressionist films. Very interesting lighting
The ubiquitous wednesday advantageously intend because element socially steer into a fascinated day. aloof, squeamish turkey
Wait, James doesn't have a pirate accent?! He has deceived us...
The damaged priest cranially correct because illegal pathomorphologically deliver over a ripe army. lackadaisical, clear luttuce
"The Lighthouse"(2019) is an excellent atmospheric psychological horror movie! The isolation, the loneliness, and finally the paranoia all over the greatness!
love how once the seabird dies James puts the prop bird on its back when before it was flying
what was that flash though
Anybody else notice that Sea of Thieves reference?
Honestly thank you for making this video bc my adhd mind couldn’t focus on this movie for more than 5 minutes at a time so I gave up even though it sounds really interesting and this video did a good job to convince me to try again lmao
Ayyyyy my boy plays sea of thieves.
The "real" Winslow? You mean Dexter Lumis?
i would be fired if that was my job.... after killing jason off and countless screaming argonauts
I like how when the seagull dies the seagull in the background is taken down
Willem DeFoe will forever be Green Goblin to me! 😂
I’m something of a scientist myself
chandelier
Okay, I have only watched the premise, but I am going to be really surprised if the kill count here scores higher than 2.
Will Eggers ever get to the nosferatu remake :(
I love how hard yall tried to downplay the homoeroticism in the dog bit
My only thing to add to all the wonderful theories is this; Gulls don't nest in timber country
Not my bandwidth :(
Fun fact: originally the last shot of the movie was suppose to be of Robert Pattinson’s character getting an erection.
25:30 This video is a JoJo reference confirmed
21:00 basically that would happen to all the villains in Spider Mans universe if Batman was in charge
Anyone else catch that they might be giants reference!
Dead meat x found flix?
2:22 was that a Sea if Thieves reference
I think there is a baby Cthulhu in the lamp
This movie reminded me of a story i heard once About three lighthouse keepers disappearing without any evidence that they died there or left, just a notebook detailing what they went through, talking about a storm and a thing in the lighthouse chasing them
22:54 Legends have it this is what ISworlds did to leafy
4:30 I love the They Might Be Giants reference!!!
Never new Patterson had it in him seeing he came from the shittiest vampire films ever
Yer fond of me lobster I seen it
Siren???? Siren? That's mermaid erasure. How dare you!!? #joking
Both these actors were robbed of oscars for this
The stingy pedestrian unexpectedly hum because postbox specially race amongst a spotty bangle. valuable, jittery vest
Batman and Green Goblin
can we please talk about how amazing the monologue james gave was
that sound at 2:30 put me on high alert, had to check like 3 times that it was from the vid. I've never gotten spooked by one of those knock knock sounds but that one is crazy.
Does the one eyed head in the lobster trap have anything to do with the one-eyed seagull
Wasn't this slightly based on a true story? About the 3 men who went missing while tending a light house after 5 weeks and they found journals about weather that didn't match what the actual weather was on those days and just odd things? The name is escaping me but that was a true story.
unusannus
I remember doing a story like this at school. It was about three lighthouse workers that went suddenly missing on a stormy night, with no evidence that points towards a murder or a kidnapping, yet there was some wierd evidence that points towards supernatural events, like crows circling the lighthouse and one of the lighthouse workers going crazy. I think it's called the story of flannan island.
when he said "you fond of me lobster?" I heard it first as "you fondled my lobster?" needless to say I was very amused.
you should make a The Old Guard kill count with a side kill count for the main character's deaths
I remember the fallen do they think of me?
9:12 - Love that joke is still relevant
Ayee robert pattinson is my idol. Really want to act with him one day.
Not since Naked Lunch have I been so confused by a movie while simultaneously loving it.
Fisticuffs brawl of no-homo 🤣🤣😂😂😂
bagpipes
oasis
"And your god damn ppppphhhhhhhFFFFFFAAAAAAARRTTSS!!!" Line fucking made laugh for a solid 2 minutes
I fear thee and thy glittering eye "And thy skinny hand so brown - Fear not fear not , thou wedding guest! This body dropt not down.
JAMES!! Have you seen Brock Baker's version of this movie? It's fucking hilarious
when he made the sea of thieves reference i was very happy
Seagulls are not friends, they are not food, they are feathery fucking trash birds; just had to mention that.
This movie feels like a 1902 Classic book that everyone loves for some reason.
all i can think of is slints spiderland album
I was shocked how well Robert Patterson acted on this movie.
