  • I don’t remember which LP it was but my favorite line in a movie came from this series. While being chased by a gigantic, dinosaur-sized crocodile, one of the bikini-clad cast members who were running to a nearby van, took the time to stop, turn around and push another girl to the ground because she “didn’t like her bikini” just for the one who got pushed to get eaten. Comedy gold.

  • From what I'm seeing, people are just so obsessed with what causes offence these days that all of it's being blown outta proportion. Really not trynna trivialize any of the more serious matters but everyone seems to have the wrong idea, by the look of things. Hate to say it but back in my day (I'm only 23....) we'd call this "sticks and stones" and would move on without dwelling on a thing, especially in parts of the city where people had greater problems than whatever the local delinquent had in store for them. Nowadays if someone says anything slightly cheeky at all or even inexcusably distasteful, it gets blown outta proportion and not just by those that support cancel culture. For example, Chealsea said that it seemed like this was made by someone who had some kinda deep rooted issue against women (equivalent to the pretty typical incel argument that's often misplaced and haphazardly thrown at people who mean no harm) and these ideas can sometimes sounds almost as pretentious (when stated as a more serious accusation, of course) as true arrogance itself, since half of the time, people just wanna act provocatively as a way to break tension and entertain others and when people do act arrogantly in a truly obnoxious, way, it's still unreasonable to assume that they see you as something worthless or priceless, just because you trust your own gut so greatly that you'd become unwilling to let something slide as an either an awkward joke or an idiot merely struggling to communicate (a problem of their own, not ours) If you want a scenario that helps describe the kinda sensitivity that I find irrational, I'd use things like the sexual comments from that fat guy as examples - the way he acts is clearly awkward and inconsiderate but it's not something I'd go outta my way punish, since it doesn't mean half as much as some may like to believe. I can see people saying that it's easy for me to say but when girls have pushed their luck with me in such ways (not a humble brag.. just a relevant and common slice of life for most people -_-) it does mildly annoy me to think they'd approach me with such aggressive levels of confidence, as if I was ever just waiting to be swallowed up by the first random lump of flesh that could stand to be around me, but at the same time, I take comfort in knowing they're only fooling themselves and since (I'd hope) none of us are as gullible as to let other's misunderstandings define ourselves, we're not actually losing worthiness by letting them or anyone else think what they want. No need to start projecting labels and issues onto them as if the matter gets any deeper than the kinda shallow comments that only waste our time and thought

  • Kill-dos to you for a video greatly done!!! Here's an optional list of creature features to think about doing for this and future summers: 1) The Deadly Mantis ('57) w/ William Hooper, 2) Tentacles ('78) w/ Henry Fonda, 3) The Beast ('91), 4) Orca ('77) w/ Bo Derek, 5) 20 Million Miles to Earth ('57) w/ William Hooper, 6) It Came From Beneath The Sea ('53), 7) Komodo ('99), 8) The Killer Shrews ('41), 9) Python (2000) w/ Robert Englund, and 10) Crawl ('19). Those are just a few of the many creature feature movies out there that I would like to see on your DeadMeat podcast sometime in the future. Of course I'm not the motion picture experts like you two are, but I do like the ones in this list and others that are included in my DVD collection of entertainment I could enjoy during this REDACTED medical crisis we're all still in. As always, keep up the great work you two do on ISworlds for me and millions of others who enjoys your channel!!!!!

  • I saw Lake Placid on pirated video (naughty) back in 1999, so I was roughly 12 years old so it was an introduction to horror. It really didnt get under my skin, to the point I was kind of disappointed to be watching such a shitty movie that I thought was "naughty" to watch because my parents didnt know about it. I did however watch Legion of Fire: Killer Ants not long after and that movie really really got to me, I dont know why. I watch even now with much nostalgia and a huge smile on my face because of memories. I miss scary "monster" movies like the original Pirhanna- Jaws- Anaconda-

  • 3 things, i came up with a killer idea for a alligator film if anyone wants to do some crazy effects and ... suffice to say it will cost at-least a few million to buy the costumes and rig up a relatively useful set of miniatures and a valid filming location... but you know... it would be great 2, i would be willing to flesh out that alligator film... for oohhh... 1 percent of the box office, and a contract that would state that, and a guarantee of 1 percent of all other income for it... and if theirs no income... well... im fine with the film being free... 3... you mentioned... hippos eating planes... i think your thinking of Godzilla, who looks like a hippo, second and third and fourth now, here's a list of several occasions that a creature ate a helicopter or a plane.... ooh FYI, you know how they claim multiverse theory and time travelers alter events... maybe you had one of those deja vou moments where you remember events playing out differently in a film or something where that did happen and a monster hippo flew out of the water and ate a sea plane or maybe some old scene of Godzilla flying through the air with his flame jet... or maybe you remember a ancient kaiju that got lost in a altered timeline where a hippo became a kaiju due to some source or another oh i forgot to include the link... here it is plus thiers the space eel that the millinium falcon sits inside and tries to reconsume it but han keeps flying, or perhaps it considered it more that the falcon was more intimate and was just going to give a good by love nip

She did absolutely nothing except act like a bitch and make people risk their lives to save her multiple times. The fact that she was also insanely unlikable makes me seriously question what they were thinking. Like you guys, I had fun with the second half, but man, it could've been so much more fun if they'd gotten rid of that character and gave us more Betty White.
